    hi i am ownner of a cf w8 ewwezam umts ready book

    today i received a dell branded wwan card

    normally thios card should be discovered by the book but nothing happened
    what did i wrong?
    i am running win7 pro 64 bit and linux mint cinnamon 17 64 bit

    i just had to play around with the jumpers to get it activated one on and one off
    than it was recognized by win7
    drivers i used some toshiba drivers i discovered in thw www after hours of searching
    installed the mobi link software and every thing is fine

    i payed 5 euros for the card a rather cheap upgrade for my w8

    so problem is solved

    Mobilink contains drivers for this card, so you don't need any Toshiba drivers.

    the drivers from mobilink didn t work on win 7 pro 64 bit
    i tried to install them but no success

    i didn t discoverd any in the www
    would be nice to have 3 g under win 10

    it may take a while for some companies to develop W10 drivers for their equipment .
    there are a few reasons for this :
    serviceability
    end of life
    non-compatibility issues
    developmental costs
    some companies may not rush in to build drivers until they see just how well W10 is accepted .

    i succeed
    i installed the old drivers again i had saved in the cloud and than i installed the mobilink software too
    now i have 3g under win 10 :D

    so everything works nice on a cf w8 under win10 pretty cool
