hello people, I have a cf-19KHR88PE with a custom ami bios that seems to be corrupt. I have contacted Panasonic who don't seem to want to help. I need an original image to work with. I have been sent the file to load the bios by another forum member but no file. if there is anybody out there that can help me by taking a copy of there bios it might just save what little hair I have left. Please

Here is a link I have used before for a tool to copy/backup your bios (it shows up as a virus but it is not). I hope somebody can help?

    Short answers.

    Flashing BIOS will not work
    Swapping chips will not work.

Replacing motherboards is the only option.... $300.00 at Heartlands...

We are forbidden by forum rules to discuss ANY password issues.

    From the FAQ sticky

To the point... There will be ZERO TOLERANCE for anyone asking for anything having to do with how to bypass/reset passwords, copying of Panasonic Toughbook Recovery Disks or anything else in the piracy or copyright infringement realm. ZERO TOLERANCE! If you have ANY doubt please PM me first. If you are new to the forum and wonder if your post will violate this, read.... We have discussed most things ad nauseum and you will most likely find your answer with a quick search.

toughasnails, what is the reason for that password rule? One of your laptops with password had been stolen?
    Just interesting :)

Also I was going to upload all my system (clean, without private data) images and recovery disks to Internet. And send links here. For free :)

The password thing is a forum wide rule...The owners made that decision, not Blair (Toughasnails)

That is very generous of you to post the images. Panasonic may not like it..This is a US based site.....Other counties are more liberal with those laws..
