Is the laptop plugged in and does the charging/power lights come on?
-
Jake,
Welcome to the forum. The first thing I would try is to remove the battery and AC adapter... Let it discharge... Then hook everything back up and try it out.
Keep us posted... We'll get this handled... -
Remove the extra ram(removable) it maybe faulty now. If it does faulty the unit will not boot to any from bios to OS.

the charging and power lights light up, i will try removing the ram, very thank full for this site and your help, will keep you posted
-
put everything together and fired it up, could get to bios, seemed stuck on that page.pressed f2 and nothing happened, will try again later
-
try removing your hard drive and accessing bios, A defective hard drive will cause LONG wait times to access bios due to the laptop trying to read the hard drive info
-
Yeah, while you're at it, remove the CDD/FDD caddy as well. Who knows...
-
thanks guy will try that
-
well so far with every thing removed still stuck at panasonic page
-
how long did you let it set?
-
no luck so far
-
Okay.... You said at one point that you can get into the BIOS... That requires pressing F2 at boot. Can you get into it or can't you? Your post was confusing. Thsi needs to be answered first.
