I am using the OEM XP Driver on my Mk5 with Win7 without problems. If you are I would suggest that you download the Vista drivers for the CF29 and give them a try.

    HTH!

Thanks Azrial. You can get the MK5 HOTKEY drivers to work on a MK4.
It made everything work great. If you guys can't get them unziped let me know, as they won't install on a mk4 machine because there not for it. They do work great with windows 7

Windows 7 will work on MK4's with little problems. Unlike the MK3's and MK2's video drivers are hell to get working.

Azrial- you are a genius! I also had everything working on my CF-29 MK4 on Windows 7 except the hotkeys. I extracted the hotkey driver .exe, pointed device manager to the extracted drivers, and ALAKAZAM!!! Hotkeys working now! Thanks! :D

Mine works fine with the MK4 driver. Followed the install directions starting on page 14 of the the Windows Vista Upgrade Step by Step Guide pdf file (click on link to download file directly from Panasonic). Page 14 is the place to start in the event of a clean install, which is recommended for Win7.

First try the above method in the Panasonic pdf with the MK4 driver. It worked great for me, did not need the MK5 driver.

To extract archives meant for other machines I use 7zip. Just extract the Panny download to a folder, then you will be able to run the setup just like the ones for your machine.

    -EDIT-
To install the Panasonic Misc driver (step 6 (8) pg. 16) I had to run the file in Vista compatibility mode to successfully get it to install. Without that it acted like it installed but did not. If not installed correctly other installs will not complete.

You can use Winar to unzip them to. Just google it.

Just unzip them to a folder and install them on the machine of your choice

You should be able to download pretty much any driver HERE! If you have a pre-2003 look to the left.... Same goes for needed WWAN software and other software...

You will need to join... But it is free. ;)
