    cf-30k motherbord transplant

    I just finished a transplant of the motherboard in my CF-30 Mk3.
    Things went well, but I missed a few connections the first time through -- and one of them the first three or four times through. :eek: It was hiding under another one and kept my hard drive from working.

    Now all devices in this computer (yes, I'm using it to post this) work!

    Yes, it does indeed engender a sense of accomplishment. I feel I have learned something, and it would have been much harder without all of the help from the folks here.
    I probably saved a few bucks in the process too. :)
