Does anyone know if the connector for the cf-h2 is the same for other models like the cf-31 52 cf-19 etc.
Not concerned about the caddy. just the ribbon connector, sata to proprietary connection.
I just make custom caddy. Been using msata as drives for a few of my models.
thanks

photos would help.

I will post one when it arrives from ebay thanks. My guess its most models are the same. I can only see poor angle pics of motherboards on ebay. When it arrives i can try cf19 and cfc2. It would be nice if they work since its easy to find.

I believe you are correct that the connector to the motherboard is the same for multiple models.
Pictured are CF-19 and CF-H2 ribbon connectors. Hard to see in the pics that the motherboard connectors are the same, but they both will fit a CF-31 motherboard.
Thanks for stirring up my curiousity!

While they may all look the same, some are wired differently.
Yes I have tried to swap a few between models.
Some do interchange. Some do not. -
i will check and see. i am thinking cables of the same years might be compatible. i will check and . it would be good to know since the caddys seem to be worth more then the whole machine. older ones like the cf-h2 i mean

H1 and H2 caddies have always been pricey.

i was lucky when i got my h2 it had the caddy and connector even though the ad said no drive which normally is no caddy. i did check though and maybe we can make a list one day. i checked the pins and compared 3 i have. h2 and c2 pins outs are the same even though they look different. I checked with meter. cf-19 is not the same as these. i am using cf-19 from mk1 on mk5. i would assume all the cf19 are the same though.
very neat little machine. it has some off options. it came from a lab. panasonic should still make these with lastest gen hardware or android options -
thanks for the caddy info

I had a dozen H1's and 4 H2's. Sold 3 mint H2's restored for $2800.
Piled the H1's on my pickup tailgate, took a photo and sold them all for $400 with 1 caddy. 2014, sold the red coca cola one to that prick Rob.
