Ok, i have an cf m34 and since i have made the upgrade to winxp, it is more slower. I'm working with 256mb ram and now it is the time to upgrade to 512mb.
However, i think one 512mb sodim sdram 144pin with 100mhz fsb is a little difficult to find and it is more simple to buy one with 133mhz fsb. I see on ebay vary of these but i do not know what to buy.
Therefore, who does want to help me?

There is no way to increase RAM on the CF-M34 mk3 (700mz) beyond the installed 256mb. It is a hardware limitation. You could install Windows FLP for better (acceptable) performance.

He might have a problem with availability of Windows Fundamentals for Legacy PCs:

"Windows Fundamentals for Legacy PCs is exclusively available to Microsoft Software Assurance customers, as it is designed to be an inexpensive upgrade option for corporations that have a number of Windows 9x computers, but lack the hardware necessary to support the latest Windows. It is not available through retail or OEM channels."

Ok, Ok, i do not really want to reinstall windows (any version) on my cf-m34 so i think it is possible to customize windows xp to run better on a slow machine:
can you suggest me any thing to do? Where can i find istructions (manuals, tutorials, etc..) to set windows to run very well in an old machine?
    Any site, etc.......

    I would recommend reading

    THIS

Black Viper’s Windows XP Super Tweaks | www.blackviper.com

    AND THIS

nLite - Deployment Tool for the bootable Unattended Windows installation - About

I refur back to them a lot. One to cut down on the fat, the other to tweak it. I have nlite versions of xp on three cf-28's MK2 and MK3.
