Just to be sure after you downloaded them, you unzipped them and you installed them...right
You needed to download 3 files for the Hot keys and 1 for the sound
    Hotkey Settings Application
    Hotkey Appendix Application
    Hotkey Driver

hi i have downloaded and installed all three files in that order plus the sound driver, it would appear they have to be installed in a certain order but still not working ? also tried comploetely uninstalling and then reinstalling 5 times . Apparantly the sound card is made by Sigmatel I have tried searching for that with lots of hits but when you try and download it its someone trying to sell you something , I just thought if I could get a copy of an original TF-T5L recovery disc it would have done everything, surely Im not the only one that has owned a toughbook like this. Thanks Ian

When you go into Device Manager do you see any unknown devices. When you installed the Hotkey driver did you install it from within Device Manager ?

After you run the d060001 file you need to navigate to C:\util2\drivers\sound and run setup. Executing the d060001 file does not install the driver. All of the Panasonic drivers just extract to a folder. Then they must be manually installed.
