    cf29 mk1 emissive backlit keyboard problem

    just installed my backlit keyboard into my cf29 mk1 all the keys work fine got it to light up but the keyboard lighting keeps blinking, any ideas? thanks mike

    Its still christmas as to what I have seen. J/k...Did you connected the long cable ribbon properly. It must be folded backward and the point of contact must be facing upward then slide it into the connector but you must release first its lock then when your sure its all in, push back the plastic lock and see what happen.

    ok the small third cable brown only can get it to work with the exposed metal side of cable facing down it wont work facing up and continues to blink
