My fire dept. recently obtained a cf30 upgraded to windows 7. The touch screen worked great until a member connected a wireless mouse to it. Now the touch screen functions are "minimized" i guess would be the est way to describe it. I can see the a small "dot" on the bottom tool bar and when I touch it with the stylist it functions on the icon next to it on the right. When I touch it on the far left side it is above the windows globe.
I am able to to calibrate it but when it finishes, it shows "error B". The second time I calibrate it just shows error. If I can run the calibration and everywhere I touch it works fine, why the error? We use this cf30 for our reporting to the state, dont really need the touch screen but it would be nice. Can anyone assist?
    Thanks, Pete
