Was wifi enabled in the bios before you installed the 8602 card. The wifi will have to be enabled with a original Intel wifi card installed. Then you shut it down and swap the cards.

You can't ask for ANY password help on this forum. The thread will be closed immediately. They have a zero tolerance policy.
We don't know where the laptop came from. It MAY be stolen. If you know the previous owner, you can ask them.

Probably going to have to. Someone here will chime in with more info, such as phone number etc..
The USA ones to call are Heartlands. I don't know if they will charge you or not.

Heartland charges $275.00 +the cost to ship it to them so you are looking at $300.00 +. They do not give out any info for a quick fix...like us our hands are tied because it is against forum rules to talk about this
So tell me was the wifi working before you installed the new card.

That is not a switch and its not for your wifi...you must have a pull out antenna on yours.
