To my knowledge you won't be able to flash it without the password either as you would need to set the boot order. Also... Discussions of how to bypass passwords in open forum is strictly forbidden.

You can read in some of the stickies posted at the top of the forum where to download drivers. You would need to find the BIOS flash for your particular model. Hopefully it was due for an upgrade. The instructions are located with the BIOS upgrade usually.

As Toughbook says we cannot help you here on clearing a password
Do you realy need in the bios settings?

Phoenix doesn't write the BIOS for Toughbooks; Panasonic does. Just because Phoenix lists a newer BIOS for a chipset means nothing; what matters is what the latest PANASONIC BIOS for YOUR model is. Using ANY other BIOS .bin is a near-certain recipe for a Magnesium Doorstop...

Put down the FLASH disk & SLOWLY BACK AWAY FROM THE TOUGHBOOK...
