What operating system?
Was the operating system installed using a factory recovery disk?

but did not work and i got message "system not support" -

this site is having some issues with loading pictures ...
try refreshing the page or exit the thread and come back into it .
basically , shawn asked you to change the "touchscreen mode" portion of the bios to "automatic" . -

i changed this option to auto,but i can't find the a touchscreen calibration from my run or control panel only color calibration found.... -
Now that the setting is changed to "AUTO" try installing that driver package again.

Two things,
1.) Windows 7 and above require a tablet bios. Usually auto will work.
2.) The image in Shawn's post is a manure spreader and I really need one. Cheap.
