This is on my Mark 1 CF-30 running windows 7. There don't seem to be any problems with anything that I am aware of, but nonetheless I have an Unknown device' showing in device manager in 'Other Devices'. Properties Details shows: ACPI\MAT0019
    and: *MAT0019

I've done searches and checked out Google, but find nothing that really helps. Does some wise sage here know what it is I'm dealing with on this
    CF-30CASAZBM.

    My thanks in advance...

Make sure you have upgraded to the Vista BIOS first!

Lot's of info about that... You can find it on the Panny website. Install the Vista Video driver after the BIOS update to Vista. You will get a BSOD... Then try to install it again. It will install the 2nd time around. Then install your Hotkey driver, Hotkey appendix and Hotkey settings. If you haven't updated the BIOS... It could also be your Misc driver that WILL NOT install unless you have updated the BIOS from the old XP to Vista!

    Good luck and post back!

Thank you kindly, Shawn; I will try that...

Tough, I DID update the bios and everything was working as you said it would. There was an 'ah hah!' moment (brought on by another poster) for me that made things clear. This 'unknown device' thing is the last thing to resolve...

Thank you again, Shawn. 'Update driver' with the hotkeys driver folder contents got rid of the issue. :)
