    keys dead on cf29

    Guys need some help I have a cf29 with keys that are dead on keyboard I have changed it out with a keyboard that does work and same keys are dead Idont know much at all on computer repair I use these over seas for work and I have replaced the board that the keyboard plugs into and still doesnt work any ideas??

    got it changed out hdd and works fine now but now my touch screen doesnt work and the good hdd worked in my other cf29 hmmmmm?? ideas??

    The same keys not working leads me to believe a dirty connection somewhere. A bad driver is not going to make this happen.

    A non-working touchscreen is most likely a driver issue... If it was known to have worked before.

    I bought these used with no software so getting drivers is difficult.

    Toughbook all I did was switch the hdd and the keyboard started working fine..
    beats me

    could it have been bad connection on hdd not in all the way??

    I doubt it.... Getting the drivers is the easiest of all... Just check the stickies for download sites and how to figure out installation order.
