Since the Let's Note Y,R, W5 series has intel duo core, is it realistic to say that they will come out with a core 2 duo processor? Man, I really want to get one of these things but I'd rather wait to see if I can get a better processor.

What is "better"? If its going to consume more power dont hold your breath on it being in T R or W. These models are focused onlight weight and long battery life. A chip that eats more power is not "better" in the design objective of these models.

Maybe in the Y series , its possible. But we'll just have to see. Dont wait, get whatever you thing is best at the time.

They will likely use the Core 2, but only after the ULV Solo and LV or ULV Duo comes out. This won't happen until next year, so don't expect to see the new lineup (6 series?) anytime soon.

Also, only the Y has the LV Duo; the RTW all have the ULV Solo, allowing for passive cooling in such a small chasis.
