It is USB only so I hope the WWAN port will run it. I will try it in the cf52 and maybe I will put the sled setup in the 30 and try it. I really want it for my new to me Motion Computing C5.

Shawn if you want to do some more reading up on these search the NBR Alienware m11x forum. They have tried a lot of them. Single sd card, single micro sd, dual micro sd, tv card, ssd with onboard sata controller. Think they got them all working but tv card. I had planned on ordering one of the dual mini sd cards and putting it in my m11x for sensitive info going through customs for the simple fact that if you disabled WWAN it wouldn't show up.

Yes, I tried a couple TV cards a while back also. I could not get any of them to work. ended up using a USB one connected to an internal usb port on a cf29.
That's a great idea to disable wwan when "needed".
I wanted the dual mini card, but it was $10.00 more. I want to keep expense to a minimum while I am testing to see if it even works.

I got the card. Popped it in the cf52. It did not show up in bios or windoze. WWAN does not show up in bios either. I may have to put a WWAN card in and enable the bios or find out which pin needs to be grounded for the card to be detected. Later I will try it in my Motion C5. That's what I really want this card for anyway. The C5 does not have a wireless switch or dip switches.

You may have to try the "pin mod" to get it to work. I got a HP tv EXPRESS CARD for the CF-30 Mk1 I got rid of. I haven't tried it with the Mk2 yet. If you get one make sure you get the whole package some are missing parts. It come with remote, usb remote eye, card, disk, antenna, etc.

There are different makes and models from HP. I think I got mine for around 18 bucks shipped.
