    more USB's for CF31

    My CF31 has just a single standard USB port on the right hand side. There's more than enough room to provide two, but Panasonic chose not to. Is there a way to add a second USB port or would it require a lot of hacking?

    Please post photos.
    Every CF31 I have seen has 2 on the side and 2 in the rear under the door.

    Yes it's easy to add ports as long as you get the proper hardware.

    Assuming your CF-31 has an Expresscard slot, get a dual port USB3 card. I've got one in my CF-19 with the Renasas chipset (now NEC) which works great.

    They work ok but if you plan on moving a lot of large files these due tend to heat up and could cause problems. We have had a few members in the past burn up there card slot due to this .
