Just a quick heads-up for my fellow forum members who may be using OTHER hardware with NVIDIA graphics installed:
If you're using the latest NVIDIA 196.75 driver kit, an issue with fan speed control can cause overheating, possibly damaging the card:

A Hercules ISA Graphics Card! That used to be the hotrod of video cards! I had one myself!
As to the NVIDIA problem, not my problem. I have Intel and ATI for the most part. -
Yeah, I know... I mostly keep it around out of inertia, I guess... just like my Zenith Z-120 with the (OMG!) 5MB Full-Height Winchester Drive. Yes, it still boots... to CP/M. I have a dozen floppies of ascii art I pop in there from time to time, just to hear the tic-tic-tic of a 5 1/4" drive run...

My VoIP phone is hooked up to Bell desk style handset sitting proudly on top a 1200 baud Hayes Smart Modem!

But that is nothing, antiquity wise, to the SW Technical Products Motorola 6800 machine I point to point wired back in, well, a l o n g time ago. -

Ha. An old hardware contest!
I have an original DEC VT100 terminal in my office that I use every day. It's the front end for one of my console servers.
According to the sticker on the back it was manufactured in 1979.
Still works fine.
