    The CF19R and newer (Mark4 through Mark7)use a different dock than the CF18 and CF19 Mark1 through Mark3

The only Techstream I can find has a USB connector on one end and a proprietary (Toyota?) connector at the other end. I also found a Techstream "Backpack" dock which is apparently designed for a CF-31. Do you have the Backpack dock for a CF-19 that won't work or are you trying to use a garden variety dock? Can you use the USB connector or does the Backpack style not have that option? I'm thinking you need to contact Toyota or Snap-On.

EDIT: Panasonic and after market docks do not need drivers or updates.

Not so sure about Panasonic docks not needing drivers...
    I am loading a CF19R mk4.....And it has 2 port replicator drivers..
I have never seen those drivers on any other Toughbook....

Yes,I got the snap on techstream backpack 1.0 but its working on our other CF-19,which we use in the shop.Yes it's weird having 2 drivers for the port replicator.

Mk4=> use a different dock to the Mk3 =<, but Havis have a 'crossover' model that apparently suits all Mks so I guess in principle it would not be impossible to adapt one to the other.
