    ok not sure what going on i installed a fingerprint reader it worked for a while i ran windows updates now the fingerprint login quit working and the webpage it takes me it remains blank apon entering it?

    I think Windows Update has updated your FPR driver to the incompatible (with your software) one. So you have to rollback that old driver.
