Have you tried windows 8 yet to see how you like it? I have swapped two friends computers here lately from the factory installed windows 8 to 7 because they hated it and they could only get one with windows 8.

An official Win 8 recovery disk for $35.00 is the best way to go. Even if someone donates a new retail Win 8 DVD to you, you will spend a couple hours installing drivers and the other needed Panasonic programs. With the recovery DVD, it will install and be completed in 15 minutes and be perfect.

Money buys time. I spend the money so I can have more time to spend doing better things. Sleep is a better thing.......

I don't know much about the C2s, but if your C2 does not have a Win8 COA sticker on the bottom, then you will also need to buy a Win8 license. $35.00 is cheaper than that.
