here is a place where you can find RAM for your computer..
http://www.edgetechcorp.com/memory/upgrade.asp?cid=15386 -
The slot under the battery is the Memory Card slot.... unless it's in a different place on a MK II...

Good find,,,,, you did well
According to http://www.config.toughbook.com/
you alread have a "Mobitex-802.11b wireless" built in from Cisco.
Here is another place for memory that I have had good dealings with
http://www.kahlon.com/dm65_Panasonic.html
Free ground shipping too

That engine module is useless. All he did was split up the useful part (The RIM board) from the useless GPS engine that we replaced.
For a wireless card, if you're looking for cheap, search for "Atheros Mini-PCI" on eBay. If you want a good card, get one of the high power cards from any vendor you prefer (And you have a few options for cards). -
Don't buy that module. its a crap, read the thread with regards to that gps engine module. http://forum.notebookreview.com/showthread.php?t=143012 -
I have been following the thread with anticipation. Believe me I have.
