    is there any way to get to this if it does in fact exist on these toughbooks. I cannot find any info on it even through google.

    F7 when you see the Panasonic Logo when booting up.

    its CTRL+F7 at the splash screen. This is on the cf-30/19/74/52,etc..

    yeah F7 if you have windows 7 installed will take you to the repair console
