toughbook cf-28prjg8dm Drivers/touchscreen

Here is my issue. I cant get ANY drivers avail to work with this specific model/motherboard. infact cf-28prjg8dm is not even listed in any of the mk1 mk2 or mk3. I dont understand.i have tried all three and i get an error saying machine does not support. I even tried manually updating the extracted ones also, but no go.


Why Cant i get my cf-28 correct drivers?

also, i even tried the auto update program from panasonic and the program gives errors on updating drivers cause it appearantly doesnt have the correct ones for me

could it be an issue from me having xp pro with sp3 instead of sp1?

 

i been trying mk2 alot. even from diff websites...when installing or updating, its a no go. my bios even says thats my model number, so i dont understand..i've tried uninstalling, in device manager and refreshing it, but still a no go

 

i just successfully got a driver for the mouse to install..it was a folder called cf28s m3 xp....not sure if its the correct one for me, but its working..lol

 

Glad to hear it worked out for you.

 

The MK2 & MK3 CF-28 has the same TS driver. If you can't extract the way it should be. You can use an extraction soft..like winzip, winrar and etc. Then udate the driver drom the DMR. Anyway, its all there at the FAQ on CF-28 toughbook.
