    I think the service is disabled. Does anyone know the service name? did not see it. Also, possible source of driver?

    Well first what is the full model number. Was the touch working before ? XP , W7 or W10

    If its win 7 no driver is needed as it will work, a CF-30Mk1 is famous for bad touchscreens thus the model number please.

    And if it is W7 and a MK1 the BIOS will be needed to be upgraded to the Vista BIOS.
