Official Support Download Center of the Drivers, Manuals and FAQs | TOUGHBOOK | TOUGHPAD | Panasonic Global Notebook PC

You need to go the Pani site and download video driver, sound driver, and touch screen driver. Read the install instructions for each of these. Once installed, should work. Remember to right click on your desktop, set your resolution there, and then move on to the other two. Good luck..... Without the model you have, I just did a general search under "all" and this is what I found for the 28. :)

    Toughbooks are tough about drivers.
Read the install notes that came with each driver. Read the FAQ on the NBR panny landing page, as well as the other stickies. IT is addressed there.

It is important that you install the drivers in the correct order: Panny assumes that you will install all the drivers for all the devices in the TB. Rather than include all the registry keys required for all the drivers in all the driver install packages, the first driver installed has some of the necissary components for the rest of the drivers and so on. Silly, but effective. (not the best explanation).

If you have already downloaded them to your computer you need to unzip them. Watch where they go and once unzipped go to it and run the setup and restart...same with the sound
or you may have to go to Device Manager / Video / update driver and point it to the video folder the you just unzipped
