    Trying to get 10% off the new razer blade 14 but is there anyway to get the discount without actually having access to the proper qualified edu email account?

    If your lucky enough to have a friend that does. They'll get the code and can forward it to you and you pay.

    What about the kid who goes to a different school then the ones listed who is in the same boat. I'm sorry, most other sites have blanket educational discounts. As a graduate school student I would love to get a discount at my school to get a Razer laptop for the CAD work I'm doing. Sadly my school wasn't listed.

    While I haven't tried personally I have 2 friends on school who have. Razer responded that only the listed sponsor schools would be accepted at that time. While its nice to think that one day they could get a discount, most students can't just wait around for a new device. Needless to say they asked their friends/relatives for help to get the discount.

    I have no problem with this, and since Razer hasn't required the buyer to be directly tied to the institution, I'm not sure they care nearly as much either. I mean they could easily make you sign in or purchase with an edu account when you checkout.

    While I do respect that it's supposed to really just be for students if I can save a few bucks on a I hate saying it.... Overpriced computer even though it's worth every penny... I will... And luckily someone was nice enough to sell me a code and I ordered mine :)
