UPDATE: Of course.. Razer censors/deletes my thread at their forums.. Just told me to contact their customer support.. WELL THAT IS THE PROBLEM TO BEGIN WITH! You are redirecting me to the same people who were unwilling to help me in the first place! Your customer support is terrible Razer! They are unwilling to even push my issue through! I've gotten passed along through different departments, all who are unwilling to elevate my issue and help me out!

I placed my order at 1am Monday.. well ahead of the 11am cut off for the same day shipping. I even paid for Express shipping.. which in their site states from $20.90 (their site actually charged me twice as much at $41.99). It's now the 4th day, and my order still hasn't been shipped out.. I had to call in to even get an update since Razer doesn't seem to care to update their customers who've just spent $2K+. And when I asked if I can at least get refunded the shipping, if it doesn't get delivered by Friday.. the rep just said "nothing they can do about it".. When I pointed out their own site stating the "Same day shipping".. the rep pretended to not know about it, and just kept telling me 24-48 hours.. Well it's now the 4th day! I'm so disappointed with their customer service and my experience with Razer so far. I regret even doing business with this awful company.

I had mine from Monday at ~2PM order to delivered at my house 9:30AM Tues. (CA -> CT) Sorry to hear this. Maybe CC verification?

i truly hope they're not that petty, but at this point, i wouldn't be surprised if this was indeed the case. even though the QHD return was with the MS store.
been checking my account since Monday.. more than enough is in there. the fact that they couldn't even give me a definite explanation, and that they won't even give me the option for 1 day shipping upgrade, or refund me if it doesn't come on time, are what's super frustrating. -

no i don't think Razer has a discount program. they won't even upgrade me to 1 day shipping eventho they are clearly missing my 2 day already that i've paid for.

just checked with my bank again.. they verified that there should've been no issues preventing Razer from processing this back on Monday... sigh...

They should refund you the shipping for sure. Unless you are shipping to a different address than the billing address and that was the hold up. Sometimes companies do verification steps if that is the case, but they should tell you clearly that is the hold up. It's a huge fraud liability when shipping address differs from the billing address. I basically have my work address on file with my bank/cc company so verification is fast.
Agree that the communication around this is pretty bad, they should be able to tell you what the problem is. -
it's the same as the billing address. i've had the laptop sleeve get to me already, but the laptop is still sitting in their warehouse. and to top off this great experience.. fedex dropped off the laptop sleeve in front of my apartment and someone stole it right out of the box before i got home... sigh
the last rep i spoke to earlier told me it's getting shipped out today.. well it's now almost midnight... about 4 days after it should've been processed already.. and my order is still just sitting there. no tracking number, no notification from Razer after they promised me someone would get back to me. i'm down to my last ounce of patience with this awful company.Last edited: Mar 11, 2015 -
Just if it helps you, when I ordered and didn't see a shipping info email arrive from them until 2 days later -- however, when I received the tracking number, I saw that the Blade was tendered to FedEx the previous day already.
I do think they are pretty busy right now which is probably contributing most to the extra delays you're experiencing. Their phones say it when you call and I think I've seen it a few places on the web. -
yea, i just feel defeated at this point. the most recent call with a rep told me it hasn't even left their warehouse yet. the Razer laptop sleeve getting to my apt 1st and then getting stolen before i got home yesterday just adds to it.

FedEx left it out front in my apt building. Either someone in my building tore the box open, or someone left the front door propped open by accident, and stranger from the street walked in. 2 of my neighbors also got their packages stolen, but in different days, so it seems like we have someone who is in the building or someone outside who has been keeping an eye on our building.
