Bro it sucks. So i was having boot problems. It would turn on but not boot, after the logo it would just freeze. I gave it to a repair shop called TexnoUsta. They installed some bios on my laptop from the web. And now its bricked. (does not even react to the power button). Its dead. I really need some help with this. Cant replace motherboard (thousand bucks minimum.

    whats up with yours?

Well, with my current BIOS, it post and I can access the settings. Then I see the razer logo, windows circles, and I get a blank screen. No boot from USB. The keyboard is illuminated.
After trying 3-4 times, it does not even post to BIOS anymore and I have to wait 10-15 minutes.

I tried flashing (with the programmer) the BIOS available in the site, but I can't even post to BIOS. Keyboard is illuminated as well. Flashing back the old version get me the first symptoms.

I even tried nuke33 BIOS, but is 6MB only and I think I'll need to modify it first. Direct flash bricks the laptop.

I literally had the same issue. I gave it to a repair shop and they tried to flash some bios from the internet. Un(it was separate files, for separate chips) Now the computer does not even turn on at all. Its dead. I was told i need flash files from an exact model to make it work. Can't find it anywhere on the internet.

If you have the same model as me(rz09-01953E72, 7th gen) and If you manage to modify Nukes bios can you please send me the files as well?

As i understood there should be 3 files for 3 microchips.

Same model, if I manage to get something, I'll post it here.

I saw a lot of people with the same problem, but nobody had the solution (and razer only replaces the MB).

Do you know where the other 2 chips are? I know the main BIOS is near the SouthBrigde, but I`m not sure about the other 2. There are 2 8 pin chips near the LVDS cable.

Yeah eff razer support. They only change mb and charge like 1500$. I can ask my repair guy for the chip locations. Will you be able to unsolder yours and flash the files with a programmer?

    A
All right sounds good. I will let you know once he replied to me. Ill try to get a photo for you. thank you so much.

And also, you said your bios does not work either? Becuase Apparently that blank screen problem can be caused by a short circuit on the video chip..

The blank screen appears after the Razer/Windows circles. If the BIOS does not work it will be my last hope, but I don't want to risk my chip before I tried everything else.

Also, I have the bios files i have found on some other forums. I haven't checked if it works or not but you can try it if you want. Apparently they are for our model of razer.

    https://ufile.io/zr3b1 - just the bios
    https://ufile.io/s15pa - 2 bios flashes, + other chip files

yeah I had the exact same thing. The logo would appear, but then blank screen. And on some occasions, logo would freeze. On some occasions the thing wouldnt show anything.

Just talked to my guy! He said the bios (the one i uploaded above) work and now the computer turns on. Thanks god. It's unbricked now. You can try to install the ones i sent you.

    That's good news!
Can you ask him the procedure, please? Which of the 2 BIOS he flashed, and if he had to flash all the 3 chips?

Yeah I just texted him. Will get back to you once he replies.

but the thing is the laptop still does not boot. It still gives blank screen. It may be hardware related. I will keep you posted on whatever happens now.

Well, with the new BIOS I have the same symptoms as using the site version (no post, keyboard illuminated).
Flashed my old original BIOS and now it posts. Still no boot.

What do you mean by "now it posts" ? I am still waiting for a reply from my guy. Have you tried the bios files I uploaded?

I mean that I can access bios options and I can see the peripherals. But still cannot boot into windows from any drive.

I tried the first BIOS (U51 ok), the main one.
I'll try the other chips soon.

Edit: I tried U44 and U49, but still no boot. I can access BIOS and I have a blank screen when loading windows.

I talked to my guy today. It may be a hardware problem. :/ Something to do with the video chip or video memory.
