    Razer Blade Pro Icons Not Loading

    Just bought a 2014 razer blade pro 256 gb. Loving it so far but I have an issue. The user created icons and any icons from the "trackpad" app the one where you define your shortcuts used to work fine. I restarted the computer they still work but the icon images no longer show up I tried shutting down still the same issue. How can this be fixed?

    every user runs into this unfortunately. you have to click the synapse app and click on the apps and then it loads. im hoping on the next update, this gets fixed. it doesnt happen all the time when you load up from a hibernation or shutdown.

    It can't be fixed, it's a known issue with Synapse at this point. After reporting it and sending in the logs as requested, I was told "we're working on it, but do not have a fix yet".

    If it helps at all, you're not the only one

    Will fix if SBUI thinks you're not logged in once Synapse is started. WILL NOT fix custom button icons.

    Synapse loads up fine when I start my laptop the custom icons dont and also even the number trackpad icons if I set it to page 1? I don't understand why doesnt it load the images the buttons work fine.
