    Razer Kraken not recognized

    Hi guys.

    Recently bought a Razer Kraken but it is not recognized in the device manager so I cannot select it to activate the mic. Therefore, the Kraken`s mic is not working. I found several users in the web with similiar problems but no real fix for it.
    I only can see "Microphone" which is the blade`s own mic and "Stereo Mix (Realtek Audio)" - whatever that is.

    Is there a quick fix in the settings for this?

    UPDATE: when I use a USB C adapter and plugin the headset into the USB C port on the right side, it works.
    Is my left headphone jack broken or is it not able to handle a headset with mic?

    Update: clean Windows Installation solved the issue.
