I need some advice. I ordered a 2021 Blade 15 the day they were announced, Jan 12. The page clearly stated “ships on March 3rd”. March 3rd came and went but my order remained unfulfilled. I knew there was no delay because others were receiving their Blade and in fact they showed in stock and “ships next day” on the web site. So I opened a case.
All I have gotten is a runaround. They had no explanation as to why my Blade never shipped so I asked them just to cancel the order. It is now a month later and they still haven’t cancelled the order. Worse, they actually charged me for the laptop and never shipped it. Obviously I disputed the charge with AMEX but I’m worried it may not succeed.
What are my next options? File a BBB complaint? Sue them? How would that work with an online retailer? This is $3,200! Please help!

That’s a bad Razer, feel bad man. Did you ask for refund?
I saw tons Poeple on Reddit telling will sue them but none apparently went true, I don’t think worth time and money, just post this on Reddit i think you’ll get their attention since I know there’s some staff put their eyes there. -
Thank you. Yes, of course I notified them. Unfortunately I got the same response "we've notified our internal team". This is the same team that has not responded whatsoever in the past month so I don't expect anything to come of it. That's why I'm looking to see what my next options are. Razer could clearly care less.

If Razer cannot provide proof of shipping and receipt your chargeback will be quick and easy.

Yes their support apparently is a joke, I know someone who can check it but idk if it’ll be fast due Easter holiday, maybe earlier Tuesday i can reach him. If you don’t mind to share your case number on PM.
