    Unsubmitted Order Status

    I placed my order on Saturday for a 512GB razer 14 - and it had an order status of submitted. I received my confirmation via email as well.

    I went to check my status today and it changed to unsubmitted.


    Has this happened to anyone else?

    Hmm, that's odd. At first I thought it was maybe because you used the educational 10% discount (which isn't supposed to be available according to Razer themselves), but my order is still intact, so I don't think that's it. Might have been a failure in payment authentication or something. Only other far distant thought is that the 512GB is so far backordered that they are actually canceling orders... seems a little far fetched though.

    My order for a 128 is still submitted but now it says the release date is 4/16/2014 rather than the 4/04/2014 it originally was.

    My order looks ok now - it actually generated an alternate submitted and paid order which is weird.

    So I'm assuming the un submitted will cancel, just leaving the submitted order.

    My date also says 4/16...I can't wait for this thing!
