    No. The Surface Book doesn't have Thunderbolt 3. You need a laptop with Thunderbolt 3 and a BIOS that hasn't been specifically locked out (HP locked their Spectre 13 from using eGPUs because they are c*nts). Basically any other computer with TB3 will work with it.
