    Windows updated...now bluetooth and USB drivers don't work

    Windows just had about 15 "important" updates. Blade 2014 restarted and now my Bluetooth driver and USB drivers are missing/not working.

    Anyone else having this issue? Did you figure out how to fix it?

    Sorry, no. I've installed all the recommended updates and haven't had any BT or USB issues. I did install the updated BT drivers from Intel.

    I also installed all important updated and had no issues. I did not install any drivers straight from Intel and was able to Bluetooth a few files from my phone to comp.

    Thank you CrazyTasty. I already have intel's driver but the bluetooth device isn't found on my laptop at all. When I go into the device manager, it says "unknown USB device" and I cannot update the driver.
