    razer edge - multimedia button not working

    Hello all,

    After I have updated my razer edge from 8.0 to 8.1, I faced some problem

    - 1. home button is not working
    - 2. volume key is not working
    - 3. I cannot use my external keyboard (the keyboard is working on other machine, and the external mouse is working)
    - 4. After I clicked the battlefield 4, nothing shown

    Do I have to install any software to make the home / volume key working?

    Btw, I just bought the razer edge from my friends, and I am new to this little machine :)

    Your help is much appreciated

    Have you tried updating all the drivers for windows 8.1?

    Yup, I did.

    The keyword was working on the login screen (I used that to enter the password).

    Honestly, I don't know what you could do then other than doing a clean install of 8.1 and installing the drivers from the site. I put 8.1 on my desktop a few days ago and I've been having tons of problems and freezes. I did the upgrade but I've read that doing a clean install is much better. I'm going to try the upgrade on my Edge now and see how it goes.
