I'm pretty much settled on getting a Sager 8265-S. What isn't as clear as why I would want to place the order with a Sager reseller versus just buying it from Sager directly. If you're looking for a customization that Sager doesn't offer (for the targeted machine, I only see custom wraps or laser etching as something not available directly from Sager), it's understandable you have to go to a reseller that offers the customization. Are there any other reasons that I should consider resellers before I place my order? Thanks.

Sometimes the price can be cheaper through a re-seller. Some say you will receive "priority" if you need to send in for issues/repair. You have the option for "no branding" on the machine. (This may be possible directly through Sager, but i have never asked)

Resellers typically will extend parts of the warranty and include better hours of tech support too.

I emailed Sager numerous questions and received no replies at all. And they do not even have a toll free phone number.
