    Just curious, is there anyone else ordering systems from their website these days?

    They do give reasonable price. According to other reviews, they provide fast reply.

    But I sent two e-mails to them yesterday and got no reply so far.

    My order status just says pending , wth is pending? Is it confirmed? payment received? No idea...

    I find they answered some questions in this forum, so I just post this to try to catch their attention here if possible.

    As for the pending status, it means that our accounting department is processing your other and it is being assigned to a CSR who will be following the order and contacting you to confirm before we start building it.

    Well, the building process has been going on for nine days. As previously stated it would take the factory 5-10 days to build.

    And I wonder if my customer service guy is still alive. I sent 3 e-mails to ask specific status and got no reply.

    I'll write a full review if I can get my laptop.

    Notebooks not only have to be built but tested too. If a fault is found sometimes a system has to be rebuilt and tested again.

    I heard from Matt on Friday that my order had been shipped, but there would delay for the tracking number.

    I figure now it should be possible to obtain the tracking number.

    And I'm also curious why my order status on reflexnotebook.ca still shows building. (due to the back order of video card?)

    Just to warn everyone who is about to order, do avoid upgrade season.

    My build has been delayed for an entire month due to the video card back order and upgrade, and the building has not started yet.

    One month of waiting, hopefully worth it.
