This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved.     Do not trust Kobalt Computer

    Back in April I placed an order for a laptop. 5 months have past and I have had repeated excuses, missed eta's and lies. I canceled over a month ago and have still not had my money back. You can't call them as they have disable their phone system, the ticket system is down and they don't respond to emails. I have setup an account here as this seems to be the last and only way of people getting their money back. I have no confidence in this company and feel that other potential customers should avoid Kobalt computers. I can only assume I'm being avoided because the company is having money issues and can not afford to return my payment. I really wish I had looked in to this company more prior to placing my order, it has been nothing more that 5 months of disappointment. Those thinking about placing an order DON'T!

    Agreed it's in the wrong subforum. One problem is most people, especially newer ones don't know about the subforum for resellers.
