    Does anyone have experience of ordering from PCSpecialist (UK)? The reseller Clevo/Sager laptop chassis under different names (e.g. the Clevo P650 is the 15.6 Defiance on their website)?

    all i know is they have very misleading warranty compared to the others.

    They do look cheaper than MySN for the same spec machine

    members have been caught out in the past as they dont read the small print.
    standard 3 year warranty is only 1 month courier,1 year parts,3 years labour so if something breaks in the second year you could be shelling out hundreds if its a gpu that dies.
    ok, siver is only £5 more but all that gives you is 1 year courier and the rest the same.
    their gold is the equivalent of mysn standard 2 year warranty.

    all i can say is cough cough price match cough cough :)
    also mysn has reps on here but pcs has never had one.

    but of course the decision is totally upto you.

    i know this wont be the case for everyone, but i had a very bad experience with them regarding a warranty repair on a part that failed 3 times. Customer service is lacking and i wont be buying from them again. Also turnaround on repairs seems to be around a month.
