    February 8, 2015:
    * Initial date of contact to obtain more information as I was interested in the laptop.

    March 5, 2015:
    * Decided to finally buy this laptop, and sent an email out for final clarifications.

    March 9, 2015:
    * Placed order after more email exchanges.
    * Was told that the laptop will be shipped around Wednesday.

    March 10, 2015:
    * Accounting department did not look at my order notes correctly as I wanted to pay for the notebook across two credit cards due to credit limit. Payment was rejected of course, but I was told they will try to process the payment correctly tomorrow. Hopefully, they started on the assembly so my notebook will still get shipped by the end of the week.

    March 13, 2015:
    * It is Friday, and no news of the laptop being shipped. I contacted Mammalsloveeurocom (Spencer) on this board, and he said that it would be shipped out on Monday.

    March 16, 2015:
    * Three days later, despite what Spencer said, I still haven't received news of the laptop being shipped at all.

    March 17, 2015:
    * Mark, the initial sales representative that I dealt with other the phone has just emailed me telling me that they are out of stock front/back lids. This is contrary to what I was told at the time of ordering. I assume that Mark just pulled a random number off the top of his head.

    March 18, 2015:
    * I have decided to just settle for the regular front/back lids with the Eurocom logo. John from the Order Fulfillment team has stated that it will take anywhere from 4-6 weeks for the stock lids, and I honestly don't have the time for that.
    * Because they don't have any stock lids, they are upgrading the 4710HQ to the 4720HQ for me. A nice gesture, but I would rather take my original order being shipped out on time instead (or the 4720HQ + express shipping).

    March 19, 2015:
    * I didn't receive any news of my laptop being shipped still. Contacted John, and he gave me a tracking number. It is expected to be delivered next Wednesday.

    March 24, 2015:
    * Laptop came around 6PM via UPS.
    * Laptop is in excellent shape, and they blocked off the LED on the power button for me as requested.

    Comments:
    * What was initially a good experience turned sour due to the shipping delays + the situation with the stock lids. The good thing is there doesn't seem to be a problem with my laptop.
    * kz9x ordered his M5 Pro two days after me, yet his order was shipped the next day. Finding this out really leaves a sour taste in my mouth.
