    Eurocom M5 Pro (P650SE)

Looked at reflex canada but with the current exchange rate it is simply too expensive for me to buy from them so instead decide to try Eurocom since they are relatively close (~4 hours from Toronto so 1 day shipping) and much cheaper with 5% + 4720HQ upgrade coupon

Loaded Win8.1 x64, everything works fine except HDMI port..it simply doesn't detect it is being plugged in.
Submitted support request and product registration on the same day, since today is Saturday I don't expect I will get same day response, hopefully will get reply by Monday. I suspect hardware issue likely RMA the whole thing is needed as I think the board probably has issue

I found out why the hdmi port is not working and fixed it by taking out the backplate and put it back in particular way, the good news is it is not a hardware level issue that need to send back. The bad news I think there is design flaw of the backplate/hdmi port, see my response on this thread for the fix

Hey, thanks for mentioning a potential design flaw. Have you been in contact with a Rep from Eurocom?
