    It's not often I order a new laptop. My last laptop lasted me about four years before the 7970M burnt out. (NP9150, Clevo P150EM, directly from Sager.) I was so happy with that computer throughout my entire ownership I decided to go with Sager again and also order directly from them again. This time I got a NP8152S which had every single spec I desired. The only thing I wasn't thrilled about was the BGA GPU which I wasn't aware of before I ordered but I can live with it. However, this post is about Sager as a vendor and not about my particular computer. Sager shipped out my laptop the very next day and I received it three days later. Everything was perfect and exactly as ordered. I got it much, much sooner than I anticipated and even quicker than Sager told me during an early discussion. I couldn't be happier with Sager's service and certainly I'll be looking them up in another four years when new laptop time comes around again. For now, I'm happy as can be with my new computer. What more could I ask for?

    Sager went above and beyond for me on Customer Service. I ordered a p870dm3 from their site, had some heat issues (and wanted a factory overclocked cpu) and ended up returning it. They were great to work with and even allowed me to keep the Gears of War 4 download code free of charge. I was super impressed and if I didn't want a factory OC'd machine on the level of an EVOC would do business with them again.

    OMG. THANK YOU. I just ordered from them and haven't really found many reviews for them, but this gives me something to lean on. Thanks!

    I bought a NP7256 and they said it should be shipped out tomorrow and get here by next week. Can't wait :D
