    HIDevolution - Words cannot express my gratitude

    So after my initial review of me dealing with this company. See:

    HIDevolution - The Best Company I ever dealt with

    My Clevo P870DM-G was stolen. See:

    I was hypnotized and robbed!

    HIDevolution were always following up with my on my stolen laptop case and made me a favor by moving the old/stolen laptop's 3 year global warranty which is worth $600 USD covering shipping both ways if anything goes wrong with the system even internationally, they moved the warranty to my next laptop which I purchased from them (Eurocom Sky X9) saving me a good amount of money.

    Fast forward to a few days back, I was able to retrieve the old laptop that was stolen with the help of the FBI.

    Now I have 2 same laptops (almost), I don't want to post it on our local online shopping website and have those thieves setup something for me or deal with another scammer, so my best bet would be to sell it to someone I trust probably on these forums but then again, I would lost a lot since the laptop has no warranty as it was transferred to my Eurocom Sky X9 and I would pay an arm and a leg in shipping.

    HIDevolution went above and beyond my expectations yet again by offering to buy back my old Clevo P870DM-G, obviously this is not a refund since it is 3 moths old now but they will save me the hassle of finding a buyer and shipping as they have super low rated with FedEx.

    They agreed to buy the laptop for $3700 USD as I have kept the 2nd 330w power adapter and the external Bluray Writer that I had purchased with it initially.

    My business will always be with this company be it a high end or even an entry level computer for a family member. This kind of customer service, understanding, sympathy, is almost non existent in today's fast paced and busy world.

    I thank HIDevolution and especially their sales manager @Ted@HIDevolution for his understanding and continued support.

    This is really different.

    I mean, great customer service is one thing, but doing so much, means that they actually care about how their customers feel. And this is great, because that means you will be working with them every time, no?

    When they did this, that was it. I will never buy a system from any other company. They ended my sorrow when I was sad without a system by offering me a discount on the Eurocom sky X9 which they ordered for me after my first Clevo P870DM-G got stolen, and kept following up about the theft case regularly. Which other company does this? Who cares?? noone. Then they bought my old machine back which was the cherry on the topping and even paid for shipping. I had 0 hassle, the DHL guy came to my door and picked it up.
