    Hi All,

    Just wanted to post my experience with HIDevolution regarding my order of the Evoc/Clevo P775DM3-G

    I just want to start out by thanking Donald S. for taking the time to help me configure this bad boy and saving me some serious $$$ !! HIDevolution didn't try and over sell me on things i didn't need, instead told me i had some overkill options (or had made some choices based on 'Testosterone' haha) as far as my ram choices for my needs. So that saved me some money to spend on a delidded processor that will run cooler. These guys will give you the best bang for your buck for sure! I should be receiving the machine in a couple weeks and ill let you know how it performs.. If you like customer service HIDevolution is the place to go.. Thanks Donald!

    If you live near microcenter, you can just buy a 6700K and delid yourself. It's much cheaper compared to buying silicon lottery.

    If you manage to f-up the delid process, microcenter will just take the CPU back no questions asked.

    He didn't buy the Silicon Lottery cherry picked binned and delidded Intel® Core™ i7-6700K, he got the HIDevolution delidded Intel® Core™ i7-6700K w/ Coollaboratory Ultra...much cheaper to obtain the coolness :cool:

    See that's one of the few things I disagree on for doing yourself. If your tech savy and like to do that kind of stuff go for it you'll be fine. But if you've never repasted before, delidding a desktop cpu is definitely not what I'd recommend trying for a first try. They are charging 50 bucks to do this, not the 300 dollar premium for the silicon lottery version. If he's getting liquid ultra as well, I'd say that's well worth it, temps will drop way down. The Silicon Lottery cpu is much much harder to justify.
