This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved.     Having issues getting my refund for my laptop from XoticPC

    I ordered a Sager NP6165 / Clevo W150ER from XoticPC on August 10th and sent a request to cancel my order on August 23rd. It is now October and almost been 2 months exactly since my order and I have not received a refund. I have called in multiple times to see why I have not gotten my refund yet and finally on October 9th I received an email saying my refund has been issued.

    It's been two weeks since the latest email and I have yet to get my refund. I know there is a 3% restocking fee, but I would like to know how long does it take to get my refund. It's been bothering me for the last two months and I really would like an answer from an employee directly if they don't mind posting a response to this thread.

    It definitely shouldn't take THAT long for a refund. In my case with LPC-Digital, the refund took only a few days (mostly delayed by the usual wire transfer process)

    Please shoot me a email and I would be happy to check into it for you. This doesn't sound right as all refunds are done within 48-72 hours of cancellation.
