I ordered a Sager NP6165 / Clevo W150ER from XoticPC on August 10th and sent a request to cancel my order on August 23rd. It is now October and almost been 2 months exactly since my order and I have not received a refund. I have called in multiple times to see why I have not gotten my refund yet and finally on October 9th I received an email saying my refund has been issued.
It's been two weeks since the latest email and I have yet to get my refund. I know there is a 3% restocking fee, but I would like to know how long does it take to get my refund. It's been bothering me for the last two months and I really would like an answer from an employee directly if they don't mind posting a response to this thread.

It definitely shouldn't take THAT long for a refund. In my case with LPC-Digital, the refund took only a few days (mostly delayed by the usual wire transfer process)

Please shoot me a email and I would be happy to check into it for you. This doesn't sound right as all refunds are done within 48-72 hours of cancellation.
