Yea, they haven't updated since the NP5160 came out. I'm alittle concerned.

I'm currently in the Market for a NP8150. PC torque was on my checklist to check out. Their site has old systems for sale, so I emailed them to see if I get response... nothing yet. They may be out of the reselling game along with killer notebooks(what a joke).

Being a two-time customer with them and currently having problems with my 9285 and having tried unsuccessfully to contact them I'm wondering if complaining to the BBB, the Attorney General of New York and the FTC will illicit some type of response from them.

If they are out of business then complaining to those guys probably won't do much as if they are out of business it won't go anywhere. But if you want to email me at [email protected] with your serial number and a description of the problem we'll see what we can do for you (no guarantees) =)

    thanks

(Please note we aren't taking over as support for them or anything, but just seeing what we can do to help a forum member out)
