This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved. For current discussions, many NBR forum users moved over to NotebookTalk.net after the shutdown.

    Intro

    First time user of these resellers from the Netherlands in the past I've used PC Specialists, XMG, Eurocom, Hidevolution and Amazon. I've never heard of them until I used NBR forums and they need a bit more coverage compared to the larger companies out there.

    Research
    I asked a couple of members on here for their inputs and they were all positive which helped and I've also reached out to @Frits@LaptopParts4Less and asked some questions if you guys do contact Frits use the website as he tends to answer faster via there.

    Order process
    If you look at their website you can see it's not exactly super polished compared to maybe XMG but it was functional and worked. I've noticed with my order (X170SM-G specs in signature) that certain components were missing like secondary SSD which I contacted Frits about and he added the additional fields on the fly.

    Payment
    I've noticed compared to other resellers that the price seems unbeatable but the only negative is certain fees (credit card) get added on which is not their fault which reduces the savings a bit.

    Order updates
    Frits kept me updated on the order progress due to the website not updating and fulfilled any requests I had like checking the speed of the RAM as I heard some don't run at full speed.

    Delivery
    It took roughly a week and bit to get to the delivery stage via UPS which was delayed by a day or so and arrived with no issues and they even undervolted the CPU.

    Make a full album from all those photos and share the link to the album directly. It's easier to keep a track of a single link in case someone wants to share with friends or something like that
