Looking for a reseller

Hey,

So I have decided to finally upgrade the laptops the wife and I use. We are going to go for NP9377s. Now I need to choose a reseller or order directly from Sager. So I would like to hear what people consider to be the best resellers today. I am looking for customer service and reliability, I am not concerned about which reseller has something for $10.00 less.

Is it a mistake to consider ordering directly from Sager?

If I order from a reseller will it delay the laptops getting to us? I don't plan to order any 'custom' services. I think it would come straight from Sager right?

thats the sad thing about forums, not many happy customers come back to give their feedback compared to the complaints.

there are reps on here from xoticpc, prostar,power notebooks,lpc digital. i would pick from one of these instead of dealing direct with sager.

I did more reading and went ahead and submitted my order for two NP9377s to XoticPC this morning.

I'll be sure to come back here and post a review on XoticPC even if it is a good experience.

same here, just ordered sager np9377-S these babies should start shipping after april 4th
